The CoreRing features a multi-gear internal mechanism, allowing seamless switching among five modes: Wind Chime, Hybrid, Silent, Soft-Bounce, and Ratchet. Each mode delivers distinct sound feedback and tactile damping for rich-layered fidget experiences.

Wind Chime Mode, the factory default, uses eight 3mm and 4mm steel balls in the rotor's bottom slots; as it spins, the balls strike the base at high frequency, producing long, ethereal metallic tones.

Hybrid Mode removes the 3mm balls, leaving only the 4mm ones; at high speed, centrifugal force presses the balls against the slot walls, and as rotation slows, they drop and tap the base, giving you control over speed and motion.

Silent Mode empties all balls for smooth, quiet spinning, with a hidden feature: tilting the spinning rotor and gently touching its base to a tabletop causes it to slow in slow-motion.

Soft-Bounce Mode installs the soft-bounce spring from the accessory kit for a new tactile feel, offering ratchet-like detent damping while retaining rotor inertia—a balanced, firm yet supple sensation ideal for daily carry.

Ratchet Mode fits the higher-tension spring for pure mechanical gameplay, transforming it into a precision ratchet rotor with crisp click feedback on every flick, no full spin required—the most primitive fidget ritual.
