We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
If you cancel your order due to personal reasons before shipment, a 4.5% platform handling fee will be charged. This is a standard platform rule that we must follow. If the cancellation is caused by our side, we will cover the relevant fee entirely.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same new condition as received — unused, unworn
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returned items must remain in brand-new condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Limited Edition items (clearly marked on the product page; items without this label are not considered limited)
- Items not in original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wanedc.com. We will respond within 12 hours.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions via email.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: return shipping costs will be covered by us
- For non-quality-related returns: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer must arrange the return shipment
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@wanedc.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
